Matthew Steinberg joined TEAM Lammi at the start of 2025, as a graduate from the University of Kansas, where he made the Dean's List twice during his academic career. His professional experience includes a background in sales, where he specialized in connecting talent and collegiate athletes with top brands. Additionally, he has hands-on expertise in marketing and public relations, having worked for a prominent sports media company, crafting impactful campaigns and fostering key industry relationships.

Matt works on fulfilling partnerships by developing activation and sales strategies for existing partners, as well as finding and executing new partnerships across TEAM LAMMI’s family of companies and organizations. These companies include TEAM LAMMI’s athletes, Wisconsin Athletic Hall of Fame, Wisconsin Athletic Hall of Fame Foundation, 2s Free’s & 3s, MKE Palmer Street, and the Donald Driver Foundation.
