ADAM FRAME

Operations Director

Adam Frame joined TEAM LAMMI in August 2024.  Adam spent the previous 11 years at St Johns Northwestern Academies.  While at SJNA he was in a variety of roles to include the Senior Resident Faculty Officer, Operations Director, Summer Camp Director and Assistant Athletic Director.  He was the head coach for the SJNA basketball team and assistant basketball coach for DME Academy (National & Regional teams).  

Before his time at SJNA, he spent 12 years in the US Army, working as an Engineer and in a Drill Sergeant Unit with a combat tour in Afghanistan.  Adam also worked with the Milwaukee Bucks as a youth summer camp coach. 

Most of Adams life has revolved around the game of basketball, working in operations, coaching and mentoring young adults.

Adams primary focus at TEAM LAMMI is working as the operations director for the 2s Frees 3s basketball shooting competition.  Adam and Steve Novak work closely together, as they continue to help grow the company and find ways to give back to YMCA's, basketball clubs and charities throughout the Midwest.
